Are you ready to be the guiding force behind innovative software? As our new Product Manager, specializing in aluminum systems software, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing cutting-edge software applications and services tailored for fabricators and installers.
As a key player, you will collaborate closely with international cross-functional teams, guide the product development lifecycle, and ensure the delivery of software solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.
Your key responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and communicate a strategic vision for software solutions in the aluminum systems sector.
- Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, aligning with industry trends and customer requirements.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to comprehend the specific needs and challenges faced by stakeholders in the aluminum systems domain.
- Analyze competitor software offerings and monitor market trends to inform strategic product development.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate seamlessly with software engineers, UX/UI designers, sales, and marketing teams to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.
- Work closely with Reynaers subsidiaries/markets and fabricators to gather insights and validate product concepts.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of software products.
- Implement updates, enhancements, and optimizations based on user feedback and technological advancements.
Communication:
- Effectively communicate product plans, updates, and results to internal teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling product messaging and promotional materials.
Customer Focus:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of stakeholders.
- Actively gather and prioritize customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in software offerings.
Your profile
Educated and experienced:
- You have a master's degree, with multiple years (min. 5) of experience.
Collaborative Team Player:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, UX/UI designers, and construction professionals.
- Enjoy working in an international and multi-functional team across different teams. Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Strategic Visionary:
- Proven track record of developing and communicating a strategic vision for software solutions. Ability to align product development with industry trends and customer needs.
Customer-Centric Mindset:
- Deep empathy for the needs and preferences of stakeholders in the construction and aluminum systems domain.
- Experience in gathering and prioritizing customer feedback to drive product enhancements.
Results-Driven and Adaptable:
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving measurable results in product development. Adaptable to changes, with a proactive approach to implementing updates and optimizations.
Stakeholder management:
